I've decided this is my color, unless you have any great objections.
So I woke up at 0900 (which gave me 8 hrs sleep) and then I hung around
my house with my family, and ate a bowl of ricekrispies for
breakfast. I dressed up all uber cool in my black short, black
tights, white socks, and black velvet workout shirt over my grey
cardinals t-shirt(which was once a softball uniform) I finally
got outside intime to start walking at 1045 which meant my first spell
of running was at 1050 exactly. I got bored about halfway through, but
the 4.5 minute stretch seems to get shorter every time. I got home 46
minutes after I left, which is about what I was going for. I had mud
all over, but I already told you that story.
I had alot of trouble getting myself out the door in the first place, but once that was over, I had no problem continuing.
